Decent prices and reasonable range of products.Unfortunately everything I have purchased in Rivers has shrunk after the 1st wash, even on a low temperature wash. Meaning it's not so cheap when you can only wear your purchases once!

Visited the store today and experienced the worse customer service ever from the girl in the change rooms @ 11.00am. Horrendous infact that myself and 2 daughters walked out without buying at least 6 items we wanted..Sorry cotton lost sales and need to train your staff!!
