I attended the shop with my 2.5 year old, I was asked for my daughter to stop touching everything. I then went to pay at the front counter and have never been treated so rudely in my life. Will not be going back to the Eaton store.

I was always so scared to enter this shop because they don't have the stuff that I like but this shop had everything I wanted. Cargo pants to extremely nice shirts, from baggy to tight. I forgot her name but this woman helped me and it was a 100% great experience, she got a perfect fit of cargo pants for me that were new and perfect. I liked everything I got from Universal store. I'll definitely be back.

Yep it's true customer service sucked. But if you can run in and out quickly with purchase to avoid the rudeness is the best way. But what you may expect from a retail shop.
