I’d say i’m quite a regular customer at the karrinyup store, the girls are usually all lovely and very helpful, however I have to say their new uniforms are atrocious!! Simply awful, I spoke to one of the staff members today who mentioned her manager had chosen the uniforms. I have to say, it’s quite off putting and frankly I feel for those poor girls!! So young in such an outdated uniform!! Love the brand but the appearance could do with a makeover!!!!!!

for a luxury designer brand, you would expect premium customer service considering the price tag of what you're spending. Staff blatantly ignored us while we waited at counter for help, and when we did finally grab someone to get us a shoe size from out the back, the box was just dumped at our feet, they sighed and walked away rather than staying and helping us find the right fit, which we did need as they did not bring us the size requested. Had to ask for the shoes to be wrapped in their box when paying, which I thought would have been common sense. Overall, we were just made to feel like an inconvenience and left really disappointed.

I am totally fascinated by the unique and wonderfulinterior design of the store, the store looks so stylishand the display is just charming for customers not getin. I like everything about this store, 96% of everythingin here is totally my type. I appreciate the good serviceby the attendant called Akaash; he served me reallywell, I think he knows what he's doing because he's sogreat at his work
