Great staff but so need a store security guard as so many robberies.

I have just left this store and I have experienced outstanding customer service yet again. I had made a purchase online that had been one big headache followed by another with items not sent, then the wrong size shoes sent and so on. So I had come to this store for advice and assistance and the service was fantastic.I had needed to go to another store for an exchange and left there a bit stunned at the poor service.Finding out that my exchange of boots was still not resolving the problem (sizes are all over the place) I decided to return to the Girrawheen store. I wasn't expecting to be able to get this resolved but sometimes it doesn't hurt to ask right? Well, I am blown away that the same staff member has been more than helpful once again, going above and beyond. I now understand that he has become the manager and I can see why. Bravo! Quality customer service, attitude and professionalism.The staff currently working here are brilliant, a far cry from the horrors of a few years back when I stopped shopping here. I will be back.

I went into the store today to purchase my hubby and daughter some shoes and the service that I received from Lukas was outstanding and much appreciated. He went above and beyond to help me find a replacement pair of sneakers as the first pair that I bought were too small. Lukas was friendly and very helpful he is an asset to this store and I will definitely be a returning customer thanks to Lukas.
